Doubek is a two Michelin star fine dining restaurant located in Vienna’s 8th district. The heart of the restaurant is a custom-built fire kitchen that burns for every dish, just like the chef. Handmade charcoal textures symbolize the craftsmanship of the kitchen. Dishes with strong contrasts, such as traditional & innovative, hot & firm, crispy & soft collide here. This experience can be felt not only on the plate, but also throughout the interior and in the branding. Materials such as black steel meet transparent curtains, bold embossing meets soft wool paper.
